Delivery of translation

Express option

Our express option means that you are assured of reactivity by getting any urgent projects translated upon request. Standard documents are translated within 3 days of receiving the request. Urgent translation can be provided upon request.

Order

Orders are accepted online, by phone, via fax or email or personally. Please provide your contact details so we can get back to you and confirm your order or ask for additional information.

Payment conditions and cancellation

Client pays the agreed prize by bank transfer or cash after receiving the invoice. In case of cancellation the client is obliged to pay for already translated text however at least 10 % of the total price.

How does it work

If you need to translate a document, please feel free to contact us via email or at our phone numbers. If it's just a short text you need to translate, price can be set immediately. Extensive documents, technical documents or minor-language documents shall be analysed first. Afterwards you will be sent a quote with precise date, time and means of delivery.
